SHIPPING INFORMATION:
ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING HOURS
all orders are processed monday through friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. est.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING OPTIONS
   
UPS GROUND
orders shipped via ups ground typically arrive within 5 to 7 days from the date the order is shipped. ups ground is not available for po boxes, apo's or fpo's, alaska or hawaii.
   
USPS PRIORITY MAIL
orders shipped via usps priority mail typically arrive within 2 to 5 days from the date the order is shipped. delivery to apo's and fpo's can take up to ten days, and shipments to alaska, hawaii and other non-continental us territories can take a few days longer.
   
FEDEX TWO BUSINESS DAY
orders sent via fedex two business day service will arrive within 2 business days of shipment. please be aware that saturdays, sundays and holidays are not considered business days. it is also important to note that this service is not available if your order is being shipped to a po box, apo, fpo or other military address, or any address outside the continental us.
   
FEDEX NEXT BUSINESS DAY
orders sent via fedex next business day service will arrive the business day following the day your order is shipped. please be aware that saturdays, sundays and holidays are not considered business days. it is also important to note that this service is not available if your order is being shipped to a po box, apo, fpo or other military address, or any address outside the continental us.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS
our international shipping prices are based on our actual shipping costs to each country. all shipping information is available for your review before finalizing your order.
   
APO'S & FPO'S
all packages to apo's and fpo's are shipped via usps priority mail, and the cost is about the same as it is to ship a package within the united states. fedex and ups does not deliver to apo's or fpo's. to have your order shipped to your apo or fpo please follow these instructions:

SHIPPING TO CANADA
shipping to canada costs slightly more than shipping within the us but significantly less than shipping to most other countries. prices average around $13 (usd).
   
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
each product we sell is legal in the united states. however, foreign governments and customs authorities often have different ideas of what is legal to import. certain countries do not allow the importation of adult products. we cannot accept responsibility for any items that are confiscated, seized or otherwise diverted by foreign governments, foreign customs authorities or other foreign agencies. all tariffs, taxes and import duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
   
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
international shipping prices fluctuate from time to time and occasionally our cost to ship an order internationally is higher than what was quoted to the customer during the checkout process. if the cost to ship your order is higher than the shipping price quoted during the checkout process we will contact you prior to shipping your order. you can choose to continue your order, change the shipping address for your order, or cancel your order. if you choose to continue with your order your grand total will be recalculated with the updated shipping charges.
   
SHIPPING AND BILLING ADDRESS
please note that the shipping and billing address must be the same for international orders. we will not accept, for example, an order shipped internationally that is billed to a us mailing address. the only exception is for shipments to apo's.

ORDER STATUS
you can check the status of your order online at our order status website. all you need is your order id and zip code. you will find a link to our order status website and your order id on the confirmation email we send to you upon completion of your order. if your order doesn't show up in the system right away don't be alarmed. orders need to be processed and the system updated. if there is a problem with your order we will contact you via email. if you have a question about your order please contact us at sales@ibodi.com.
ORDER TRACKING
after we ship your order we'll send you a shipping confirmation email. this email will include your package tracking information which you can use to track the progress of your shipment. the web addresses for our carriers are: www.fedex.com, www.ups.com, and www.usps.com.
ORDER PROCESSING
orders are sent to our warehouse for packaging shortly after they're placed. we ship most orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends). some orders take 48 hours to process. orders can take longer depending on the time of day they're placed, the day of the week they're placed, or other factors. for example, an order placed at midnight on friday will not be shipped until at least monday.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
we ship orders as quickly as possible. on occasion an item will go out of stock, in which case that item is backordered. in most cases it takes just a few days to receive backordered items from the manufacturer. if there is a delay at the manufacturer for an item it can take longer, but this is uncommon.
OUT OF STOCK / BACKORDERED
if your order is listed as "backordered" on our order status website you have several options. the first option is to wait for us to restock the item, which usually only takes one to two business days. if you don't want to wait you have the option of substituting another item(s) for the one that is out of stock. if you want to make a substitution just send us an email and let us know. the third option is to cancel your order.
RETURNS INFORMATION
we have every expectation that you will find your product to be pleasurable and satisfying. occasionally there are situations where a product doesn't live up to the customer's expectations. if you're not happy with your selection, you may return it to us.
IF AN ITEM DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY
you may return your product, book, dvd or video at any time within 30 days of the purchase date if it does not function properly. at your request, we will either replace the defective item with a new one or issue a store credit for the amount of the defective item minus tax and shipping. please read "return requests" below for details.
IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH YOUR SELECTION
we make every attempt to insure that you will be happy with your purchase. however, we know that sometimes people are dissatisfied with their selection. you may request a return within 30 days the purchase date by contacting us at the email listed under "return requests" below. you may choose to receive a store credit for the amount of your original purchase, excluding tax and shipping, or a replacement item of equal or lesser value. we do not accept returns of dvd's or videos unless they are defective. please also note that there is a limit of two returns per customer, per order. if you order an item to replace a previous item that you were dissatisfied with, you may return the second item, but you may not return the third replacement item unless it is defective.
RETURN INFORMATION:
if you would like to return a product that you purchased from us please follow these instructions:
   
write to us at sales@ibodi.com. type "return" in the subject heading. include your name, address, date of purchase and order number in the body of the email as well as a note telling us why you want to return your selection. we will reply with instructions on how to return the item.
   
write the return code we send you on the outside of the package. we cannot accept returns without the return code!
    send the package to the address we supply in the email.
NOTE:
customers are responsible for all shipping charges associated with returning items to us. if an item is defective and a replacement is requested, ibodi will ship the replacement to the customer free of charge. we do not resell returned items. all items that are returned to us are either sent back to the manufacturer or discarded.
